MACHINING SERVICES
Company Kaldera d.o.o. also offers machining services, namely cutting, drilling, turning, milling, grinding, wire erosion, sinking erosion and manual treatment.
Two modern CNC machining centers Maho DMU 60T and Maho DMU 60monoBLOCK are used for the purposes of CNC milling. These two are indispensable in relation to the production of individual parts for all types of toolmaking.
The state-of-the-art CNC lathe ensures the efficiency and productivity in order to satisfy different customer's needs.
The company also provides services of sinking and wire erosion on state-of-the-art machines, as well as toolmaking processes (e.g. drilling, grinding, polishing, etc.).
In addition to the tool production for extrusion of aluminium alloys the company manufactures other types of tools in cooperation with other buyers. In fact, the company has gained some experience in tool production for extrusion of plastic profiles-in cooperation with the company Koplast d.o.o., Slovenske Konjice, and tools for forging of steel-in cooperation with company Kovinar d.o.o., Vitanje. In future we wish to colaborate with other Slovenian toolmaking companies in relation to development and production of certain types of tools.
